We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise identity and access management capabilities within a large, complex organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring secure access, authentication, and identity services across business critical systems and applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to ongoing cyber security initiatives, working across multiple workstreams including identity management, authentication services, access governance, and secure application integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions.
- Collaborate with technology and security teams to enhance authentication and access controls.
- Support the integration of applications and platforms with enterprise identity services.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve identity security processes and controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity related incidents and platform issues.
- Contribute to security uplift initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

About You

You will bring strong experience as a Cyber Security Engineer working across complex enterprise environments,



with the ability to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions while engaging effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Essential Experience

- Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering.
- Strong hands on experience with ForgeRock and Ping Identity solutions.
- Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and access management principles.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise identity platforms.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Highly Regarded

- Experience working within regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
- Exposure to cloud based identity services and modern authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of identity governance and privileged access management solutions.
- Relevant cyber security or identity certifications.
