About the Role

At Carroll Tyres, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality tyre solutions to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated OTR Tyre Fitter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

- Fitting and repairing OTR tyres using our fully equipped grab trucks

- Diagnosing tyre damage and recommending suitable repair or replacement solutions

- Conducting safe and effective onsite tyre servicing

- Completing job paperwork accurately

- Maintaining company vehicle and equipment to a high standard

- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment





- Delivering outstanding customer service on every job

The successful applicant must have:

- Previous experience fitting OTR or Earthmover tyres (essential)

- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing (AURKTJ012) or equivalent

- Current HR Driver Licence

- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
