About the role:

You’ll join a supportive team of 9 in Frankston, leading and working alongside an Acting Area Manager, 6 Rehab Consultants and 1 Employment Consultant.

This is more than a clinical role, it’s a genuine leadership opportunity, with structured support to help you thrive as a Team Leader from day one!

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience
- Background as a Senior OT, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Osteopath (Rehab Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychologists also considered)
