Wesley College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Education Instructor to join the Outdoor Education team at our Lochend campus. This full-time permanent position will commence on 5 October 2026 and offers an opportunity to inspire, engage and encourage young people through meaningful outdoor learning experiences.

The successful applicant will assist in delivering high-quality outdoor education programs, teaching practical outdoor skills and promoting environmental awareness. Responsibilities will also include supporting the day-to-day operation of the campus, maintaining equipment and facilities,



supervising students—including overnight supervision—and ensuring all activities are delivered in accordance with established safety procedures.

Applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Outdoor Education, a current driver's licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, a passion for environmental education and the ability to meet the physical and mental demands of working in an outdoor workplace.

Applicants are required to hold a valid WWCC and provide a National Police Check.
