About the Role

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults efficiently and professionally
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy plant equipment on customer sites
- Utilising computer-based diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues
- Completing accurate job reports and managing warranty processes
- Representing CJD Equipment professionally and in line with our values
- Working safely, autonomously, and as part of a wider team

What you’ll bring

- Strong experience with construction equipment (Volvo exposure highly regarded)




- MR or HV truck licence and forklift ticket – or willingness to obtain
- Strong fault-finding skills and confidence working unsupervised
- A qualified approach and commitment to customer service
