About the role:

As Chief Financial Officer,



you'll partner directly with our Founder & CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board to shape Ofload's next chapter and lead the business towards a future IPO, trade sale or other strategic exit.

You’ll lead a well-established finance function, day-to-day led by an experienced VP Finance and comprising dedicated FP&A;, Financial Control, and Finance Transformation & Operations teams. Your focus will be to elevate this capability into an institutional-grade finance organisation while leading capital raising, M&A; and post-merger integration.

Beyond financial leadership, you'll create lasting organisational impact by aligning strategy and people. You'll be a trusted advisor to the Board and Executive Team, bringing the gravitas to influence strategic decisions while remaining close to the business and leading from the front.
