The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the CMO is a key member of the Executive and is responsible for operationalising and evolving GV Health’s clinical governance framework, ensuring excellence in patient safety, quality and risk management across the organisation.

This role provides professional leadership to the medical workforce and works in close partnership with executive peers to deliver integrated, patient-centred care across all service streams. The CMO also plays a critical role in advancing innovation, research, education and regional collaboration, and will also have the opportunity to maintain clinical practice in their specialty.
