As part of RCJ Group and working closely with digital agency LeapFrogger, Brand Asia offers end-to-end services covering content creation, advertising, creative design, PR, social media management, branding, website development, market research, and data analytics.
Role Description The Chinese Speaking Video Editor/ Junior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area (Office is in Oakleigh) . This position involves editing and producing video content for campaigns on China social media, including cutting footage, adding motion graphics and titles, and performing basic color grading to meet brand and platform requirements. The role includes collaborating with creative, social, and account teams to develop concepts, adapt content for Chinese social media channels, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
As a Junior Account Manager, the individual supports client communication, prepares briefs, coordinates project timelines,
and assists with reporting on campaign performance. The role also requires organizing media assets, maintaining brand consistency across visual materials, and contributing ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess video production and video editing skills for creating and refining high-quality content.
Candidates should possess video color grading skills to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
Candidates should possess motion graphics and graphics skills for designing titles, overlays, and visual elements that support campaign objectives.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
Experience with industry-standard video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalents).
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Understanding of social media content formats; familiarity with Chinese social platforms is an advantage.
Relevant training or degree in media, film, design, communications, or a related field is beneficial; agency experience is a plus.
Speaking Chinese is a must for delivering this role.
