$50/hr Flat Rate | Perth Metro | Ongoing Work

HSS Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-owned civil contracting company with multiple projects currently underway across the Perth metro area.

With a strong workload across projects both north and south of the river, we are looking for experienced Civil Machine Operators who are confident operating Loaders, Excavators and Posi Tracks.

There is ongoing work available for the right people, with the opportunity to work across a number of different civil projects.

The Role

You will be working across various civil and earthmoving projects throughout the Perth metro area.

Day-to-day work will include:

- Operating Loaders, Excavators and Posi Tracks/Bobcats

- General earthworks and site preparation

- Excavating, digging, trimming, levelling and loading

- Working around services and other machinery

- Completing daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks

- Working alongside supervisors, operators and ground crews

- Following site safety procedures and project requirements

What You’ll Need

We are looking for experienced operators who can turn up, work safely and confidently operate their machinery.

- Minimum 2 years' civil operating experience

- Loader, Excavator and/or Posi Track experience





- Relevant nationally recognised machine tickets

- Construction White Card

- HR Driver's Licence

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to travel to projects north and south of the river

- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen

Operators who are ticketed and experienced across multiple machines will be highly regarded.
