Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their Queensland team.

Operating across major civil infrastructure, subdivisions, roads, bulk earthworks and utilities projects, this is an opportunity to join a contractor with an established reputation, strong leadership team and long-term project pipeline.

- Oversee daily site operations and project delivery
- Manage subcontractors, plant and site teams
- Drive programme, safety and quality outcomes
- Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and senior leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

About You

- Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor
- Strong civil construction background
- Experience across subdivisions, roads, bulk earthworks, drainage or utilities
- Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current Driver's Licence
