About the Role

As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents. Working across hospitality, cleaning and laundry services, you will help ensure residents receive exceptional support and quality care every day.

Key responsibilities include

Cleaning dining rooms, kitchen and food service areas following meal services and as required

Assisting with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding and distribution of linen and residents' clothing

Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment throughout the facility

Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and high-traffic spaces

Following infection control, workplace health and safety, and aged care standards

Supporting a positive living experience for residents through respectful and compassionate service

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

A caring, friendly and compassionate approach to working with older people

Previous experience in cleaning, laundry services, hospitality or kitchen hand duties





Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed

Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and public holidays when required

Previous experience working in aged care, healthcare or community services (highly regarded)

Current National Police Check (valid within the past 3 years)
