Role Description As a Client Support Representative, you will work collaboratively with our Revenue Team of Relationship Managers, Technical Client Support and subject experts. We establish client relationships by offering effective, rapid and personal support. This role involves researching and mapping our prospects and building a robust picture of their needs, their industry sector, their business model and corporate structure.

We have a strong focus on Australia, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UK, Canada and the US. The remit requires real planning and organisation. The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a professional research environment. Ideally, it would help if you have worked in market intelligence, energy transition, a mineral economics firm, an engineering consultancy practice, an environmental practice, or a software company.

We would prefer that you have 2-3 years’ experience. We offer a high level of autonomy, working with the management team in a comfortable environment. Asian language skills are a definite advantage.

What will the role look like? You would help our existing clients with training, support and coordination with the various internal 'experts' and help promote our research. You will have a strong input into the overall strategy, product development and pricing to underpin our growth.

- Help build long-term client relationships in new industry sectors relating to global energy, metals and resources.
- Coordinate and assist in the management of our Revenue Activities.
- Research and devise strategies to build relationships with prospective clients and offer focused,



sharp and effective solutions.
- Oversee our client strategies and take responsibility for their implementation to help increase overall revenue and build loyalty.
- In particular, research and assistance build relationships with decision-makers by offering real assistance that leads to development opportunities.

About You Ideally, you should have experience supporting the revenue generation roles in a professional services firm. It helps if you enjoy researching and writing to build effective communication channels. Of course, you should be people-oriented and business-minded. You should be interested in the energy, energy transition and the materials sector. You must have some appreciation of renewable energy, net-zero targeting, resources, economics and technology.

Key Requirements

- First, you must be a good administrator, researcher and writer - this is 80% of our success.
- You should then be a bright and effective verbal communicator.
- 2+ years’ experience ideally within professional services or market intelligence.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience using CRM systems.
- Experience in client research, prospecting and lead generation.
- Professional communication and presentation skills, vital to support client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and managing clients & KPIs.




- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Because we work in collaborative teams, this role needs a full-time 'in-office' work requirement in Sydney CBD . There may be some workplace flexibility depending on our work schedule.
