This is more than a clinical role. You’ll combine your nursing expertise with leadership, mentoring, care management and service development, making a meaningful difference to clients, families and our care teams.

Join a supportive and collaborative leadership team About You You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with:

Current AHPRA registration

Experience in aged care, community, disability or acute care

Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills

Advanced wound care experience

Leadership, mentoring and education experience

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Understanding of community care and Home Care Packages
