Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership?

Right at Home Gold Coast North is seeking a passionate Care Manager Registered Nurse to lead clinical excellence across our growing community care services.

This is more than a clinical role. You’ll combine your nursing expertise with leadership, mentoring, care management and service development, making a meaningful difference to clients, families and our care teams.

About You





You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care, community, disability or acute care
- Solid clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills
- Advanced wound care experience
- Leadership, mentoring and education experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of community care and Home Care Packages
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
