Disability Support Workers (Casual) - Weekends + Weekdays | Parramatta area

Casual support roles with fixed weekly rosters — same participants every week, shifts chained back-to-back, penalties on top, and a paid intro shift before you're ever on your own.

About us Joyful Caring is an independent Registered NDIS support provider based in Western Sydney. We're small on purpose: owner-run, with participants matched to a small, consistent team — no gig-app roulette, no strangers' rosters. We're growing steadily, which for you means hours that grow too.

The roles:

We have 30+ hours a week to place right now — mostly across Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday mornings, with more opening up as we grow. We build each roster around the right worker's availability and strengths: fixed weekly blocks, shifts chained back-to-back, and the same small, consistent group of participants every week. You'll be supporting people with community access, in‑home support, personal care including some 2:1 hoist supports (experience valued, training provided), and regular weekend routines.

Pay

- Weekdays:



$40–$44/hr including casual loading, super (12%) on top
- Saturdays: ~$56–$62/hr + super
- Sundays: ~$72–$79/hr + super
- Public holidays: ~$88–$97/hr + super
- Where you start in the range reflects experience — reviewed annually.

What you'll need

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain — we'll point you to it)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid + CPR
- Driver's licence and a reliable car
- Full working rights in Australia
- Cert III in Individual Support valued — reliability and attitude valued more
