Client Services Manager - Strata & Residential Portfolio

Premium Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to own and grow a portfolio of premium strata, residential and mixed-use clients across Sydney.

This is a senior, relationship-led portfolio management position within our Operations team. You will act as the primary PSG representative for approximately 20 clients, building trusted relationships with building managers, strata managers and committees while ensuring our concierge, security and integrated services consistently meet expectations

The Opportunity
This is portfolio ownership, not shift supervision;a balanced book of around 20clients, sized by effort and complexity, with Operations Coordinator support behind you. Every client is genuinely yours from the day PSG wins it to the day its contract renews.

What You’ll Own
You'llrun concierge and security teams to a premium standard,



be the trusted first call for building managers and committees, take new residential developments from handover to residentreadyand position each building strongly for renewal throughdemonstratedperformance.

What You’ll Bring
A robust operations background in security, concierge or building services with genuine strata and residential exposure; experience running multiple residential or mixed-useclients; a current NSW Class 1 security licence or the capability to obtain one (PSG will support the right candidate from a building management or strata background); disciplined reporting habitsand a current NSW driver's licence.
