Role Purpose
The Service Coordinator supports the delivery of managed services and projects by coordinatingresources, scheduling field activities, managing service administration, and ensuring customerrequests are completed on time. The role acts as a key link between customers, technicians,subcontractors and internal stakeholders, while leading the offshore coordination team to deliverefficient operations, strong customer outcomes and quality service delivery.
Performance Deliverables
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians across Australia and New Zealand, ensuringefficient allocation of resources to meet customer and business requirements.
- Manage reactive service calls, breakdowns, planned maintenance activities and after-hourssupport requirements through participation in the on-call roster (every 2nd week).
- Liaise with clients, technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time,
toagreed service levels and with a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage work orders, purchase orders, service documentation, invoicing andassociated administrative activities.?
- Monitor job progress, technician schedules, resource allocation and service deliveryperformance to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support the offshore Service Coordinator team through direction, coaching,mentoring and performance management to achieve service delivery objectives.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling and deployment of technicians and field servicerepresentatives, ensuring appropriately qualified, inducted, trained and equipped resourcesare available to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Support workforce resourcing and capability requirements, including resource attraction,recruitment, onboarding, retention and peak-period workforce management to meet businessand customer demand.
- Oversee service delivery operations, including ticket management, SLA compliance, technicaldelivery and adherence to company policies, procedures, safety standards and customerexpectations.
