Job Location: Parkwood, QLD

ROLE

- Day to day Subway operation

- Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards

- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices

- Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.

- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services

- Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions

- Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store

- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

- Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

SALARY

Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part time equivalent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)

- Positive, energetic and hardworking





- Good customer service skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Flexibility with working hrs (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift and 1-weekend shift is a must)

- Team building ability

- Ability to work under pressure

- You must have 2 years of Fast Food Attendant experience.
