Senior Project Manager - High Rise - Relocation to Adelaide

We're looking for experienced Project Managers that would consider relocating to Adelaide during the current construction boom.

This well-known and highly successful commercial builder has a long history in Adelaide's commercial construction industry. Their ability to win and successfully deliver projects across sectors including Industrial, Multi-Res, Aged Care, Education and Government has provided them with the ability to keep a strong pipeline of work even in the toughest of times.

They have an upcoming requirement for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead a project in the Adelaide Metro area.

Supported by upper management, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the projects from site set up, management of entire construction program through to full handover to your client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience delivering multi-storey projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
