Job Description

The Company Randstad is partnering with a nationally recognised tier 2 builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering premium residential, mixed-use and commercial developments across Australia. With a proven track record spanning more than 30 years, the business is well established in multiple states and is now continuing its strategic growth across the Queensland market.

With several key appointments already made and an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team. Working closely with senior project leadership, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from early procurement through to completion. Key responsibilities

Managing procurement strategies, tendering and negotiation of subcontract packages. Administer subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims and contractual correspondence. Supporting head contract administration, including claims, notices and financial reporting.

Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and monthly cost reporting.



Providing commercial leadership while mentoring and supporting junior team members. Experience & Qualifications

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 5+ years experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager within commercial construction. Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential, apartment or commercial projects valued above $50 million.

Solid commercial acumen with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Full Australian working rights. How to apply
