We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Secondary Science Teacher to teach science and teach Chemistry to Year 11 and Year 12 students commencing in 2027.

The successful applicant will be committed to maximising the engagement and progress of all students within a culture of excellence and faith.

Selection Criteria

· A clear commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.

· Ability to teach Science and Chemistry to Year 11 and Year 12 students.

· Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Mercy Education Limited.

· Be an exemplary, enthusiastic educator who works well with their peers to plan for and implement teaching programs that improve student learning through effective teaching and differentiated learning.

· Excellent planning and use of digital technologies,



thinking skills and pedagogies that engage students.

· Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills that create a supportive and safe environment.

· Demonstrated skills in establishing effective collaborative working relationships with staff, students and parents.

· Robust written and oral communication skills.

· Current TRBWA

· Current Working with Children Card
