Our team at the Mawson Group of Pharmacies, located in the inner northern suburbs of Adelaide, are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Merchandiser to support our Retail Manager and Stock Controller in maintaining a well-presented, fully stocked and customer-ready pharmacy environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, takes pride in presentation, and can work efficiently as part of a busy pharmacy team.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Merchandiser, you will help keep shelves, promotional areas and stockrooms organised, accurate and visually appealing. You will play an important role in supporting product availability, promotional activity, pricing accuracy and pharmacy presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Completing planograms and product relays

- Setting up catalogue displays and promotional areas

- Replenishing stock and filling shelves

- Rotating stock and checking expiry dates

- Maintaining clean, tidy and well-presented shelves

- Displaying promotional tickets and pricing

- Setting up end displays and promotional stands

- Checking stock levels and identifying replenishment needs to stock controller

- Removing discontinued or out-of-date products

- Ensuring products are correctly priced and positioned

- Receiving, unpacking and organising stock deliveries

- Maintaining stockroom organisation

- Installing and updating point-of-sale material

- Reporting damaged stock, low stock and merchandising issues to stock controller

- Supporting seasonal promotions and store changeovers

- Ensuring displays meet pharmacy and brand standards

About You





· Previous retail, pharmacy, grocery, merchandising or stock handling experience is preferred, but not essential.

· Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.

· Ability to follow planograms, pricing instructions & promotional setup requirements.

· Good communication skills and a helpful, team-focused attitude.

· Reliable, organised and able to work independently when required.

· Comfortable with physical tasks including unpacking deliveries, replenishing shelves and moving stock safely.

· Hold a South Australian Drivers Licence

· Hold a National Police Check or willing to gain one prior to employment

· Casual hours – 15-25hrs per week. Monday to Friday. Part-time of Full-time will be considered for the right candidate
