What you’ll do:

- Lead discovery, mapping, and documentation of current state operational processes across functions,identifyinginefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities forAgentic and Automation solutions.
- Run and support scoping, design and business requirements gathering workshops.
- Develop future state process maps, workflow designs, and system interaction diagrams that incorporate AI tools, automation, andoptimisedoperating models.
- Partner with cross functional teams to elicit,validate, and translate business requirements into clear specific workflows.




- Support proofs of concept and pilot activities by integrating AI interventions intoreal businessworkflows andvalidatingoperational impacts.
- Apply structured risk, safety, and governance controls to ensure all redesigned workflows meet privacy, security, and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation, handover materials, and operational guides to enable smooth transition into the new AI supported operating model.

What we’re looking for:

Core skills

- Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on technology solutions andtransformation initiatives.
- Strong experience inrunning workshops,process mapping, workflow redesign, and operational documentation.
- Ability toengage senior executives,navigate complex stakeholder environments,anddeliverhigh-impact business and technical requirements.
- Agile delivery experience and the ability to adapt to fast-moving, complex projects
- Proventrack recorddelivering complextechnologyinitiatives and achieving adoption at scale.
- Ability to elicit,validate, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
- Experience integrating AI tools and automation into business processes.(Tech BA)
- Familiarity with risk, safety, and governance frameworks in the context of process redesign.
