DMK Engineering continues to grow and we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our leadership team in Gillman.

With a strong pipeline of workshop and site projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trade professional to supervise fabrication, welding and installation activities across a diverse range of engineering projects. Working alongside other supervisors and reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will lead teams both in the workshop and on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

About the role

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day supervision of workshop fabrication and site installation activities, coordinating teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. You will provide leadership and technical guidance to tradespeople and apprentices, monitor quality and productivity, coordinate resources and work closely with fellow supervisors, project teams and the Workshop Manager to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

What we are looking for

- Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Metal Fabrication or a related trade

- Demonstrated experience supervising fabrication, welding and site installation teams

- Strong technical knowledge of steelwork, welding and installation practices

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication documentation

- Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Solid commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Current High Risk Work licence and relevant tickets will be highly regarded

- Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing and a police check
