About Our College
Mercy College is a Catholic, co-educational College in Koondoola, Western Australia founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1972, serving more than 1,600 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. As a Christ-centred, child-focused faith and learning community, we celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our College, and are guided by the Mercy values of Justice, Compassion, Service, Excellence and Dignity.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Primary shares in the authority,



responsibility and vision of the Principal in the overall leadership and management of the College. The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership within the Primary School, fostering a culture of high-quality teaching and learning, staff development, qualified growth and student wellbeing, while advancing the College's mission and Mercy traditions.
