Experienced Retail Assistant/Retail Assistants wanted for Busy Bakery

Brumby’s Go Douglas (located at Townsville JCU Hospital) is on the lookout for reliable, energetic, and experienced Food Retail Assistants to join our busy bakery!

1 x Position available for a experienced Retail Food assistant for weekdays (Casual or Part time - approx 10-25 hrs per week and

Retail Food Assistants - Casual 10-15 hours per week weekdays and weekends

General Retail Award rates apply

We’re seeking LOCAL applicants only on this occasion who are looking for long-term, stable employment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.

You must be available for shifts from 6am to 3.30pm Monday-Fri and Weekends.





PLEASE NOTE- THIS POSITION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HOLIDAY VISA WORKERS ON THIS OCCASSION.

What we’re looking for:

- Confident, reliable and able to use initiative
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Available weekdays and/or weekends, with shifts starting from 6:00am
- Coffee/barista experience preferred, but training will be provided.

We are also looking for:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Neat and tidy presentation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and contactable references
