Senior Project Officer – ICT Projects | Hybrid Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Officers with strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and governance skills who can confidently manage competing priorities and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.

Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide
Contract Duration: Up to 12 months, with extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
Closing Date: Monday, 24 August 2026

Essential Tasks:

- Manage and coordinate projects, including project plans, schedules and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, quality, perks and reporting requirements.
- Prepare business cases, executive briefs,



status reports and other project documentation.
- Build productive stakeholder relationships and provide specialist project advice.

Key Criteria:

- Strong project management capability, including planning, risk and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience providing portfolio, programme and project support.
- Experience developing measures, reporting formats and performance information.
- Knowledge of project management methods, tools, quality practices and governance frameworks.
