Join Barwon Health’s Pharmacy team as a Clinical Pharmacist and build your skills across a diverse range of hospital pharmacy settings. You’ll provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services that support safe, appropriate and effective medication use, working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
This is an opportunity to broaden your clinical experience while contributing to ward-based care, medication reconciliation, patient counselling, medicines information, education and discharge planning. You’ll also have opportunities to support students and interns and contribute to quality improvement, research and professional development.
Key responsibilities Deliver clinical pharmacy services across a range of hospital settings, supporting safe and effective medication use
Work alongside medical, nursing and allied health teams through ward rounds and collaborative care planning
Support medication safety through medication reconciliation, clinical review, patient counselling and discharge planning
Contribute to education, research,
quality improvement and the development of pharmacy students and interns What we’re looking for AHPRA-registered pharmacist with hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
