About The Role We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to step into a Clinical Practice Advisor role, driving clinical excellence and supporting therapists across our growing teams. You will maintain a small caseload focused on your key area of interest in Quality & Supervision, provide guidance and support to Occupational Therapists across National 360, and contribute to the development of national clinical resources. As a Clinical Practice Advisor, a typical day may involve: Support our clinicians to navigate complex NDIS processes by developing high-quality clinical evidence for access requests, funding applications, reassessments and change of circumstances.
Providing 1:1 and group clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists of all levels locally. Delivering educational sessions to Occupational Therapists of all levels nationally. Co-working complex cases with early career therapists.
Reviewing and developing policies, procedures, forms and templates. Reviewing reports and providing meaningful feedback to improve quality outcomes. Providing OT services to a small caseload of clients in either a generalist or tailored capacity.
Collaborating closely with the National Clinical Lead and Local Leadership Team to help drive service excellence, foster team development, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our services.
Participating in clinical auditing and support complaint resolution where required.

[email protected] About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. APHRA registration. 5+ years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy outcomes to NDIS clients within a community setting.
Experience supervising and mentoring Occupational Therapists. Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors. Full Australian working rights. Access your own vehicle and a current driver's licence. You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
