THE ROLEAs a Cluster Visual Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the in-store Visual Merchandising teams across 5 stores spanning the Gold Coast and South Brisbane (Robina, Pacific Fair, Logan, Browns Plains and Toowoomba).The role is centred around building, coaching and supporting the Visual Merchandisers to uphold a consistent,



premium standard across every store and turning great presentation into stronger sales.Reporting to the Queensland Area Visual Merchandise Manager, you will visit your stores on regular rotation to develop your team, identify commercial priorities, and make sure every store reflects the JD Sports brand at its best.

YOUR MANDATE

- Lead, coach and develop the in-store VM team across your five-store cluster
- Build VM bench strength through recruitment, induction and training
- Drive consistent, premium visual standards across every store
- Turn commercial visual decisions into measurable sales growth
- Manage visual communication and campaign execution across the cluster
- Partner with Area Managers, Buying, Marketing and Support Office
