About the role

As the Commercial Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Commercial by driving operational excellence, governance,



and strategic business initiatives across the Commercial Division. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will lead business planning, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while embedding consistent frameworks, processes, and operating rhythms that enable a high-performing commercial function.

Specific activities will include:

- Leading business planning, governance, budgeting, reporting, and resource planning activities.
- Developing and implementing consistent commercial frameworks, processes, templates, and governance systems to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Analysing commercial and project performance data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and operational effectiveness.
