Role Description This full-time Commercial Buyers Agent role is an on-site position based in Cronulla, NSW.

The Commercial Buyers

Agent will work closely with investors and developers to identify suitable commercial property opportunities, conduct detailed market and asset analysis, and prepare evidence-based recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing off-market and on-market assets, performing due diligence, coordinating inspections, and maintaining accurate records and reports on properties and negotiations. The role also involves managing client relationships throughout the acquisition process, liaising with agents and other stakeholders, supporting contract negotiations,



and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly from offer through to settlement.

Qualifications

Robust commercial property knowledge, including market research, asset assessment, and understanding of investment fundamentals.

Demonstrated negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with agents, developers, and investors.

Analytical and financial skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess risk/return profiles, and prepare clear recommendations.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple opportunities, client needs, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex property information in a clear, concise manner.

Experience in commercial real estate, buyer’s agency, or property investment advisory is highly beneficial.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, finance, business, or a related field are preferred, along with appropriate professional registrations or licenses as required in NSW.

Proficiency with property research tools, CRM systems, and standard office software; valid driver’s license for property inspections.
