Your new role

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the local finance function while acting as a true business partner to senior leadership across sales, marketing, and operations. Reporting to an overseas Finance Director, you will lead one direct report and work closely with shared services and key local senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Delivering insightful analysis to influence decision-making

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior commercial stakeholders

Managing end-to-end finance operations locally, including oversight of transactional interfaces

Driving performance improvement across multiple revenue streams





Coaching and developing a junior team member

What you'll need to succeed

Proven business partnering experience with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders as well as the ability to operate autonomously. You will have strong capabilities in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis, coupled with a CA/CPA (or equivalent) with a solid technical accounting foundation.

Advanced

Excel and financial modelling skills are essential to this role and a curiosity around the application of AI would be highly regarded. The successful applicant will be a confident communicator with an assertive, proactive approach and growth mindset.
