About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lease Manager to join our Integrated Portfolio Management team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, managing lease obligations, financial administration, compliance requirements and portfolio reporting. Working closely with landlords, government agencies, property professionals and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring lease integrity, financial accuracy and exceptional client outcomes. You'll be supported by a Lease Analyst and report to a Senior Lease Manager.





This role is ideal for a highly organised property skilled who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing lease management, stakeholder engagement and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leasehold and freehold property portfolios and associated lease obligations
- Ensure lease data integrity across property management databases and reporting systems
- Review and approve lease abstracts, lease obligations and lease documentation
- Manage rent reviews, CPI increases and lease compliance requirements
- Oversee recurring and non-recurring lease payments and approvals
- Review expenditure and revenue rent rolls and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement
- Manage tenant billing, outgoings reconciliations and revenue recovery processes
