As our Commercial Litigation practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team and work alongside experienced Principals on a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes.

About the Role

You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial matters while working closely with senior practitioners on complex litigation, including:

Shareholder, director and partnership disputes.

Contractual disputes and commercial litigation.

Debt recovery and insolvency matters.

Professional negligence claims.

Defamation and reputational disputes.

Commercial leasing and property disputes.

Corporate and business advisory matters.

General dispute resolution, mediation and court proceedings.

This role offers exposure to high-quality litigation, direct client contact and genuine opportunities to develop your practice within a collaborative and supportive team.

About You

You will be a motivated practitioner who enjoys solving complex legal problems and building robust client relationships.

Ideally, you will possess:

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).





An unrestricted Victorian Practicing Certificate.

Admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

A minimum of four years' post-admission experience in commercial law or commercial litigation.

Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

The ability to manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
