People focused, technically proficient and with leadership ambitions . Right now I am looking for a current Commercial Property Valuer with 10 years experience to join my Melbourne team. The right person must see themselves as the next generation of leader, a person who has technical skills, but just as importantly has people skills. I want a person who uses data as a tool not the solution.

Responsibilities To undertake a broad range of commercial valuations across metropolitan Melbourne. Work within the existing team and mentoring the next generation of future Valuers. Lead and champion change within the industry. The successful person is clear thinking and grounded in the need to use modern tools to provide solutions to client needs. Must be able to match quality with expediency. Qualifications

Certified Practising Valuer with 10 years experience in commercial valuations.

Technically proficient with modern data analytical tools

High quality verbal and written skills Applications
