- Lead major commercial technology initiatives, including digital tenant services, CRM capability uplift and business process transformation, to improve customer experience, compliance and commercial performance across Parks Victoria's portfolio.
- Shape the strategic direction, governance and optimisation of commercial systems, billing frameworks, revenue controls and data integrity across a complex public sector environment.
- Work in a senior leadership role that partners across Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, regional teams and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused and system-enabled improvements.
- Contribute to better commercial decision-making, audit readiness, financial integrity and service delivery across one of Victoria's most diverse public land portfolios.

About the role

The Commercial Systems Manager provides strategic leadership and governance for Parks Victoria's commercial systems, billing processes, revenue controls and commercial data. This role is responsible for driving system-enabled transformation,



improving data quality, strengthening financial integrity and supporting compliance, audit readiness and informed decision-making across the commercial portfolio.

Day-to-day, the role will lead the ongoing evolution of commercial systems and billing frameworks, oversee commercial billing and revenue assurance processes, support consistent practices across rent, fees, charges and recoverable costs, and lead improvement initiatives that reduce manual handling and improve reporting, transparency and service reliability.
