The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Commercialisation Project Manager to join our Transformation team.



In this pivotal role, you'll lead the successful delivery of New Product Development (NPD) and product renovation projects, ensuring creative ideas are commercialised efficiently, effectively and in line with Noumi's stage‑gate processes.

Working at the heart of the business, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Technical teams to deliver projects that meet consumer needs, drive commercial outcomes and strengthen our product portfolio.

Lead end‑to‑end commercialisation projects from concept through to market launch.

Manage multiple New Product Development (NPD) and product renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Facilitate cross‑functional project teams, driving alignment, accountability and clear decision‑making.
