This role is perfect for an enthusiastic chef looking to further develop their skills while working alongside experienced hospitality professionals. You will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional food quality and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

The Role...

As a Commis Chef, you will:

- Assist with food production while ensuring consistency, presentation, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Prepare and cook dishes using correct cooking methods and techniques.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Follow food safety guidelines and GIA procedures relating to food waste management.
- Ensure food supplies are stored, labelled, and rotated correctly to minimise spoilage and support cost control.
- Assist in guiding and supporting junior kitchen team members where required.
