COMMUNITY CLEANER / DOMESTIC SUPPORT WORKERJoin the West Coast Care Team

West Coast Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking and compassionate Community Cleaner / Domestic Support Worker to join our team and provide cleaning and household support to people living with disability.

This role is about more than just cleaning - you will help clients maintain a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming home environment, supporting their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

Location: Carramar

Friday: 9:00am–12:00pm

Additional hours may be available

As a Community Cleaner, your responsibilities may include:

- General household cleaning and tidying
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Laundry and changing linen
- Supporting clients to maintain an organised home
- Following individual client preferences and support plans
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance, safety or environmental concerns
- Respecting client privacy, dignity and personal choices
- Maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality

About You

Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning or domestic assistance experience preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Ability to complete accurate documentation where required
- Previous experience working within the disability, aged care, community or health sector is desirable
