What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers

- Oversee construction activities across the region to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met

- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance, including BCA and QBCC requirements

- Support your team in resolving issues, managing trades, and enhancing site performance

- Drive continuous improvement, efficient workflows, and consistent construction outcomes

- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams





- Contribute to Orbit Homes’ reputation for superior quality and customer experience

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager (residential preferred)

- Strong leadership capability — you build people, not just houses

- Excellent time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- A proactive approach with high attention to detail

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

- Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and BCA requirements

- QBCC Supervisor Licence
- A strong work ethic and pride in delivering homes to a high standard
