Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, or similar).

5+ years of project engineering or project coordination experience.

Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure projects.

Solid planning and organisational skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

Preferred Experience

Experience delivering Telstra, Optus, NBN, or carrier projects.

Knowledge of mobile network deployment (5G/4G), transmission, or fibre.

Experience working with contractors and field teams.

Understanding of HSE and quality management processes.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
