Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, or similar).
- 5 years of project engineering or project coordination experience.
- Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
- Solid planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering Telstra, Optus, NBN, or carrier projects.
- Knowledge of mobile network deployment (5G/4G), transmission, or fibre.
- Experience working with contractors and field teams.
- Understanding of HSE and quality management processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
