Bendigo UFS is looking for a Corporate & Implementation Lead to plan, coordinate, deliver and monitor organisational transitions to ensure the seamless movement of projects, services, business functions and/or operating models from one state to another with minimal disruption to operations.

The role provides the critical link between strategic planning and operational delivery, providing leadership throughout the transition lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with agreed quality standards.

38 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

Full training provided.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience managing organisation transition and excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing timely, accurate and professional services across all areas within the scope of this role.

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however a candidate who has demonstrable management and supervisory experience, including proven relationship management skills would be highly. A tertiary qualification in business, project management, or a related field is required.

Key experience, skills and attributes:





- Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Management, Change Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex organisational transition or transformation projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Well-developed Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and other relevant software.
- Experience in organisational change management, including embedding systems and processes into the organisation to achieve implementation goals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Solid financial and budget management capability.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in health and/or pharmacy, community or similar sectors.
- Experience with organisational redesign, service transitions or business integration projects.
