About Us –

Hibbett’s Pest Control Pty Ltd requires an Administration Office Worker to work in our busy office located in Arana Hills. Hibbett’s Pest Control PL is a family owned and operated business who have been looking after our clients for 30 years - for all their pest control and termite inspection/treatments. We specialise in servicing residential homes, body corporate managements, restaurants, schools and childcare centres.

Invoicing, booking confirmations, client reminder emails, scheduling of jobs for our busy technicians, general office administration, filing and preparation of our technicians daily job sheets and reports, answering phones and emails and enjoying the fun environment of our very friendly office.

About You –

You have excellent customer service and polite communication skills to liaise with our valued clients

You are willing to learn recent tasks and ask questions to learn and improve your skills and knowledge

You are enthusiastic and enjoy being part of a small friendly team environment

You have excellent spelling and grammar as well as accuracy with data entry – this is a must !

Must Haves –

Ability to multitask and have good time management skills

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Proficient with MS Office Suite – Word and Outlook

Previous experience with administration work a clear advantage

Hours - 8 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday

Start Date – Immediate start or as soon as the right candidate is available
