Support claims, variations, budget tracking & cost reporting

Maintain RFIs, documentation and contribute to HSE/WHS compliance

Assist with site operations and help drive program delivery

Prepare minutes and support the wider project team across delivery What you bring 4+ years' CA or Project Coordination experience

Background in health, education, research or complex commercial projects (preferred)

Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable working onsite and supporting program outcomes
