In this role, you will take ownership of a small kitchen environment, running a food service menu featuring pub-style food and catering platters. This is a opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional who excels at managing their own workflow, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and delivering great food in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Menu Execution: Efficiently prepare and run a food service menu featuring pub-style food.
- Catering & Platters: Assemble and beautifully present high-quality catering platters for events and large group bookings.
- Workflow Management: Maintain an organized kitchen, manage stock levels, and optimize workflow to ensure rapid, consistent service.
- Hygiene & Safety: Uphold exceptional kitchen cleanliness, compliance, and food safety standards.
- Teamwork: Work independently during quiet periods and collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house staff during peak rushes.

Shift Details & Availability
- Venue Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Mandatory Availability: You must be available to work Friday evenings and Saturdays.



Shifts will be allocated casually across our operating hours.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Work Eligibility: Must have full unrestricted right to work in Australia. Please note that no visa sponsorship opportunities are available for this position.
- RSA: Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Food Safety: Certified Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
- Kitchen Experience: Proven experience running a small kitchen, preparing pub food menus, and creating catering platters.
- Skills: Strong workflow organization, ability to work fast under pressure, and an independent work ethic.
