- Prepare and cook items across our full menu, from smash burgers and loaded hot dogs through to fries and sides, following Dawg Boys recipes and quality standards.
- Portion each order accurately and assemble it with care, finishing burgers, dawgs and sides with the right sauces, toppings and garnishes so presentation is spot on every time.
- Set, monitor and adjust grills, hotplates, fryers and other kitchen equipment so every item cooks at the correct temperature, even through the busiest service periods.
- Check incoming produce, meats, buns and other ingredients for freshness and quality, and flag anything that falls short of our standards before it reaches the grill.

- Season and taste as you cook so that flavours stay bold, balanced and consistent across every order.

freezers and other temperature-controlled storage, keeping labelling, date rotation and holding temperatures in check.
- Keep workstations, equipment and the wider kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene requirements.

- Receive and check deliveries, monitor stock levels and let management know early when supplies are running low.

- Work closely with the front-of-house team during peak periods to keep orders moving quickly without compromising on quality.
