Description:
Role Purpose and Objectives The Coordinator People and Culture is a senior operational coordination role responsible for integrating, aligning and overseeing day-to-day people and culture activities across the function. The role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of workforce services by coordinating the work of specialist and administrative roles, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a central point of connection between operational people services and the Manager People and Culture.
The position plays a key role in translating people and culture strategy into coordinated actions across workforce planning, employee relations support, learning and development, talent acquisition, and people operations.
