Area: Country Sales Manager Oceania (m/f/d)

Your role in our team:

- Distribution of CLAAS machinery in the Western Europe sales region (Australia/ Recent Zealand) via CLAAS importers or directly to major customers.

- Establishment and further development of sales structures in the assigned countries.

- Central contact person with interface responsibility between the importer and the functional areas of CLAAS.

- Representative of the CLAAS company at sales events and international trade shows.

- Sales and profit responsibility for the CLAAS business in the assigned countries.

- Customer support during visits abroad to the headquarter in Harsewinkel.

- Maintaining contacts at all levels of dialogue, e.g.



politicians, authorities, etc.

Your profile:

- Degree in agriculture, agricultural engineering, or business administration.

- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

- Very good knowledge of agricultural technology and CLAAS product portfolio.

- Very good English language skills.

- IT skills (MS Office), SAP R/3 experience.

- Flexible, reliable, and independent way of working, organizational skills.

- Team player, communication skills.

- Negotiating skills, being self-confident.

- Willingness to travel regularly, including longer stays abroad.
